Because we are confident in the machining accuracy of our gundrilling machines and machining technology, we are able to perform deep hole machining on workpieces with already machined outer diameters. When deep hole drilling is performed on a workpiece that has already been machined in the outside diameter, all the previous processes are wasted, so failure in drilling is absolutely not allowed. We have a number of gundrilling machines equipped with built-in servo spindles developed in-house that enable high rotational accuracy, so we can perform optimal deep hole drilling for various machining diameters and lengths with minimal variation in accuracy.
